At Vacation Club Australia, we want you to love your purchase. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order. This policy applies to all purchases made through our online store at www.vacationclub.au
Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. For change of mind returns, we offer store credit only (no refunds).
To be eligible for a store credit:
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@vacationclub.au
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Store credit will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if an item you receive is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
In these cases, we will offer a replacement or refund (at our discretion).
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number,
Photos of the fault or issue, and
A brief description of the problem.
